Our mission is to provide compassionate, accessible and culturally sensitive telemedicine and telemental health services via audio telephone technology to support the community of Israel. To help empower you to stay healthy and safe in this crisis, ATTHII offers immediate access to a team of expert pediatric, adult medical, and mental health professionals, ensuring that individuals and families receive care and support. Our dedicated and compassionate volunteers are available around the clock, ready to address basic medical and psychological concerns, ranging from common pediatric and general medical inquiries to mental health issues and emotional well-being.

With a focus on delivering high-quality healthcare, our hotline is staffed by experienced and licensed professionals. Whether it's a worried parent seeking advice on their child's health, an individual experiencing a mental health crisis, or anyone in need of medical guidance, our tele-hotline is there to provide immediate assistance, guidance, and support. We are a group of healthcare professionals who are volunteering our time and expertise to assist with the surge of healthcare and mental health demands in Israel after the terrorist invasion of Israel in October 2023.  We aim to provide telemedicine and telemental health services for the population of Israel to offload their inundated healthcare and mental health system. 

When you use our Services, that does not create or imply a therapist-client relationship, a doctor-patient relationship, or an attorney-client relationship.  Our Services are not, and they are not intended to be, a substitute for mental health treatment, psychiatric care, therapy, health care, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind.  If you think that you are experiencing a medical emergency, you should immediately contact your doctor or call 101.  And, if you are experiencing a clinical or long-term issue, you should consult with a medical professional.
